Terms of Service - Whop Trends Lifetime Access Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Whop Trends. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Whop Trends and the services we offer. By purchasing a package or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

1. Lifetime Access

When you purchase the "Lifetime Access" package for $99, you are granted access to the dataset for an indefinite period, not literally for a lifetime. This access is exclusively via the Whop Trends website. Please note that we do not offer an option to download the dataset in any format, including but not limited to CSV or other file formats. This means you can view and interact with the version of the dataset available to you at the time of purchase for as long as Whop Trends remains operational. Should Whop Trends cease operations or shut down, the "Lifetime Access" will naturally conclude, and we will not be held accountable for continued access.

2. Data Access Tiers

Whop Trends is a paid-only platform. Access requires both signup and payment:

  • Lifetime Access ($99): Signup and payment required. Full access to all 0+ products with 9 data columns, historical charts, revenue estimates, and future dataset updates.
  • API & MCP Access: Included with Lifetime Access. You may generate API keys to connect AI tools (such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Cursor) to Whop Trends via the Model Context Protocol (MCP). API access is subject to rate limits and the acceptable use terms below.

3. Acceptable Use

You may not:

  • Resell, redistribute, or share our dataset without explicit written permission.
  • Use the dataset for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • Violate any laws in your jurisdiction.
  • Attempt to scrape, download, or extract data beyond the normal use of our website interface.
  • Share your account credentials or API keys with others or allow unauthorized access to your account.
  • Use the API or MCP integration to build a competing product or service, or to systematically replicate our dataset.
  • Exceed published rate limits or attempt to circumvent rate limiting mechanisms.

4. Account Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your account and password. Whop Trends cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this section.

5. API Keys & MCP Access

API keys are personal credentials tied to your account. You are responsible for keeping your API keys secure and must not share them publicly or embed them in client-side code. You may create up to 5 API keys at a time and may revoke any key at any time. We reserve the right to revoke API keys that are used in violation of these Terms or that generate excessive load. API access is rate-limited; current limits are visible in response headers.

6. Data Accuracy

Whop Trends provides estimated revenue calculations based on publicly available data from Whop.com. These are estimates only and should not be considered exact figures. We make no guarantees about the accuracy of revenue estimates, product information, or other data displayed on our platform. All data is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event will Whop Trends be liable for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits, even if Whop Trends has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for your Lifetime Access package ($99).

8. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our services after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

9. Refunds

We offer a 7-day, no-questions-asked return policy for all Lifetime Access purchases. If you are not completely satisfied with your access within 7 days of purchase, you may request a full refund by contacting us at hi@whoptrends.com. This policy is applicable only to the initial purchase and does not cover any additional services or data usage incurred after the initial access. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Whop Trends at any time, with or without cause or notice, including if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease.

11. Disclaimer of Affiliation

Whop Trends is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Whop.com. We are an independent platform that provides analytics and insights based on publicly available data from Whop's platform.
