Video analysis is an assessment of the client's strengths and weaknesses based upon video footage from their workouts, techniques, preparation and competitions. It is suitable for athletes who have other coaches or training support, yet want a competitive advantage. 𝗕𝗮𝘀𝗶𝗰 𝗦𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 (𝟯𝟬 𝗺𝗶𝗻 — $𝟱𝟱) Clients provide 5 to 15 minutes of video footage at least one day prior to the session. Coach Mike will analyze the video(s) and arrange a virtual or in-person session to review his analysis with the client. 𝗔𝗱𝘃𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 (𝟭 𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗿 — $𝟭𝟬𝟬) In addition to their own footage, clients can also provide 5 to 15 minutes of footage from opposing teams and competitors. Benefit from knowing your strengths and weaknesses alongside those of your competition. All footage should be provided to Coach Mike at least one day prior to the session. Clients should respect all privacy and copyright laws and only provide footage that is publicly accessible or purchased with their paid subscription. After payment is made, Coach Mike will share a link where footage is sent for his analysis.
