It runs locally on your device and reads what you log each day: sleep, training, food, recovery, weight, routine, supplements and medication. Instead of just showing you charts, it tells you what's going on and what to do next. What it does for you: It remembers you over time, keeping a running notebook and bringing up what you logged before. It gives you a daily check-up, a nutritionist, photo body-composition analysis, and a goal trajectory that shows whether you're on course or drifting. Every read is about you, not "most people." How you set it up: The first time you open it, a short interview configures it to you in about 10 minutes: your name, goal, body, the modules you want, and your training program (paste your own or generate one). No technical setup needed. Everything else you add or edit in Settings: medications, supplements, routine, daily targets and reminders. Turn any module on or off so you only see what you use. The AI mentor runs on your own Claude API key. The tracking, scoring and trajectory work without it; add a key when you want the coaching voice. Your data stays on your device. No cloud, no account.
