The step up from Build is $15,000: less than a quarter of one mid-level artist for the year, and it covers art direction you would otherwise hire for and manage yourself. **BUILD — $30,000 — 8 weeks** Playable UE5 build to your spec, systems architecture, greybox blockout, technical docs and handover. Greybox and placeholder assets throughout: your art direction, your assets, your style calls. Works when your art lead can review weekly. Without that it stalls. **Pre-production package — $6,500 — 2-3 weeks** Feasibility, systems architecture, risk register, and a milestone schedule your producer can run against. Credited in full against a production booking. Terms: 50% on signature, 50% on delivery, NET 30, PO accepted.
