**So You Want To Teach — The Live Course** *By Jayden Simpkins — The "Cool" Teacher* You're thinking about becoming a teacher. Or maybe you already committed and your first year is coming faster than you expected. Either way — nobody prepared you for what's actually coming. Not your college program. Not YouTube. Not a career quiz. This is the course that does. **So You Want To Teach** is a 5-week live course built entirely from real classroom experience. No theory. No textbook answers. Just everything Jayden Simpkins learned the hard way in five years of teaching 7th grade math in Ohio — and everything he wishes someone had told him before he started. **What you'll walk away with:** By the end of this course you'll know exactly whether teaching is right for you, which grade level fits your personality, how to navigate the certification process in your state, how to get hired, how to set up your classroom, how to manage students from day one, how to build relationships that make students actually want to show up, and how to protect your energy so you don't burn out before the end of your first year.
