I also invite you to always take some moments after each action, to become aware of everything that is happening inside, from the physical sensations to the more subtle perceptions. There is a chapter called Warming-up that I recommend you do before practicing other movements and a chapter called Cool down & Awareness that I recommend you do in the end of your practice. Another essential aspect that is a guiding thread throughout this course is feeling the difference between a sexual, instinctual flow and the erotic, elevating flow. Throughout time, many women have told they wish they would have recordings of certain movements we were learning together, so they can practice anytime at their own pace. This course is the answer to these wishes and many other more of the women I had the chance to work with in the last 10 years. Through this course, I also share my passion and joy for dancing.
