E-Rechnung Pro (XRechnung + ZUGFeRD) is a tax preparation software product available on the Whop marketplace, created by ReadyStack and launched in October 2026.

From 2027 German businesses above €800,000 prior-year turnover must issue e-invoices; from 2028 all except Kleinunternehmer (§ 27(38) UStG, § 34a UStDV). This tool builds an XRechnung 3.0 (EN 16931, CII) in your browser — our test invoices (19 %, mixed 7 %, § 19, § 13b) were accepted by the official KoSIT validator 1.6.3 with the XRechnung configuration of 2026-08-31, with no errors and no warnings. The free page makes one complete invoice (XML + preview). Pro, on the same page, adds: your sender and bank details saved, a client list, running invoice numbers, an archive of every invoice with re-download, and a ZUGFeRD PDF (PDF/A-3 with the invoice data inside as factur-x.xml, profile EN 16931) — our test PDFs, including ones made in a real browser, passed the Mustang 2.26.0 validator (PDF/A-3b and EN 16931) and the embedded XML was accepted by the KoSIT validator.
