Key responsibilities include: Controlling the sales calendar to maximize booked, qualified appointments and reduce no-shows Handling inbound and outbound lead follow-up to convert prospects into appointments and issued policies Conducting high-volume outbound dialing, cold outreach, and reactivation campaigns Managing CRM data, pipeline tracking, and documentation to ensure no opportunity is missed Supporting client communication via calls, email, and virtual meetings from first contact through policy issuance Optimizing the book of business by tracking persistency, chargebacks, callbacks, policy reviews, and follow-ups Performance is measured by sales outcomes—appointments booked, follow-up execution, pipeline movement, and persistency support—rather than simple task completion.
