This option is for clients who want high-touch coaching without advanced functional or lab-based work. You’ll receive a fully customized fitness and/or nutrition program built around your schedule, preferences, and current needs, with true 1:1 coach support. Check-ins occur biweekly, paired with biweekly progress and data reviews where protocols are adjusted to keep results moving forward. You’ll have unlimited access to your coach via chat, plus scheduled Zoom or phone calls as needed. This is a 4-month coaching commitment focused on execution, consistency, and results.
