A review of one planning application pack before it is submitted. The written description read first, then every drawing checked against it — the extension that is described and never drawn, the window that appears on one elevation and not the plan. Drawing numbers, revisions and scales checked for consistency across the set and against what the forms list. The red line boundary checked against the blue, against the title extent you supply, and against what the proposal actually needs. Certificates, ownership declarations and supporting statements checked for presence and internal agreement. Returned as findings by document, each with what a validation officer would do with it. Three business days from the brief arriving. Not planning advice, nothing submitted on your behalf, and no opinion on whether permission will be granted.
