HOW THE RB INDICATOR WORKS: The AP Indicator is built around identifying high-probability Rejection Blocks (RBs) and grading them based on the strength of their setup. White RBs meet the minimum criteria required for a trade, but they are not as high-probability as the Golden RBs. Golden RBs represent the strongest setups, and the higher the number displayed to the right of the RB, the stronger and more probable the setup is considered. For execution, I recommend either limiting at the CE (Consequent Encroachment) of the RB or waiting for confirmation from the zone before entering. When taking a CE entry, a 15–20 point stop is generally recommended, depending on the setup and market conditions. I also recommend maintaining a minimum 1:3 risk-to-reward ratio. If an RB has already been mitigated or traded from, it can potentially be respected again. However, each subsequent interaction makes the RB less probable, so use your own discretion when deciding whether the setup is still worth trading.
