We begin with breathing exercises to connect the body into a meditative state. I then guide you into a deep relaxation where you will experience ancient vibrations emitting from the quartz crystal singing bowls, gong, ocean drum, and other instruments that suit your personalized session. On a physical level, the sound currents rebalance the entire glandular system, nervous system, and energy field, as well as lowering inflammation or physical pain. Regular sound healing sessions are a MAJOR aid in physical pain, anxiety, and depression management. I know from my personal experience and results with clients. From an internal and energetic perspective, sound works on the quantum aspects of who we are. During the session, you may experience emotional release, have visions, or memories that pop up. Each experience is unique and part of your healing path, moving you forward into a deeper connection to your truth, peace, and purpose.
