From my experience a well routed fitness schedule is crucial on walking upon any type of fitness journey. I see that most individuals tend to fall out of their fitness journey due to their schedule not fitting their everyday life. A schedule that interferes with the individual's personal life may lead to a drift from being consistent on training, which leads the individual to drift away from their personal fitness goals. I put the time in to really get to know you, from your goals to what days of the week you go to work. Everyone is different, lives different lives, and does different things. So every program will be different and uniquely tailored to the individual's personal fitness goals and daily life schedule. Your programs will also be regularly edited each month. New movements, new set and rep ranges, and new intensity levels will be added or changed into your program each month. CHANGE=GROWTH. You will also have access to a Christian/Non-Christian Base wellbeing direction. God led me to go through different experiences, opened my ears to many people that succeeded/failed, and structured the way I think. I am confident to say that I want to direct my clients to be able to adopt a similar way of thinking as me and build a relationship with God if they are comfortable on that walk.
